This Vertical Villages Tower redefines high-rise living by integrating expansive sky gardens and social hubs into the core structure, transforming the typical apartment tower into a stacked community.
The design breaks the massing into distinct Private 'Village' Blocks connected by open, terraced Green Voids.
These communal levels featuring lush greenery, connecting ramps, and city views foster community interaction and ensure green/air flow throughout the entire structure.

The “Arboreal Stack” is organized around a central concrete spine, with residential volumes offset and cantilevered to create independent orientations, ventilation paths, and layered privacy.
A continuous green void weaves through the building, functioning as both a microclimate and a shared social space, integrating vegetation directly into the structural logic.
Timber screens and glass modules form a calibrated exterior skin, shaping light, depth, and scale to produce a vertical living system defined by structure, massing, and landscape acting as one.
